• Order details on mouse-over – In the order listing page you can review a summary view of the order as well as the customer on mouse over so that you don’t need to go to the details page for soma basic information
• Order details page – The order details page displays all relevant information on the order like billing and shipping information, payment mode, status, product details with images, order shipping details etc. This single screen order view makes order management faster.
• Order status – When the operator is done with processing the order, he can update the order status on the order details screen. Update the order status using various options like in process, cancelled,on hold, shipped etc. Option to automatically notify the customer when the status changes
• Shipping - Manage the shipping details using the order manager. Add information like shipping mode, shipping date, tracking number etc. Our jewelry software can be integrated with the APIs of various shipping services providers like FedEx, UPS etc.
• Generate and print invoice – Generate the complete order invoice in the system with tax calculations, discounts etc. through the order manager module of the jewelry software. These invoices can be mailed to the customer automatically and can be printed from the order details screen
• Print packing slips in bulk – One can print packing slips directly from the online system. Select all the orders where packing slip needs to be printed and give the print command. A batch of invoices will be created and printed directly from the interface.
• Credit card processing and  transaction details – View all credit card transaction details like date and time of transaction on the order screen.
• Search orders – Search for orders using multiple criteria like order number, customer name, order status, payment method, date etc.
