- Multiple User access (Role based): Our CMS provides profile based access to various functionalities. Once the user enters his username and password to log-in to the application, it looks up the access rights granted to that user. The functionality access on the subsequent screens is based on. Menus are accessible to a user if and only if module rights are assigned to that user’s group. User rights are group based.
- Section Management:

- Calendar Event Management:
This facility enables the site users to mark important events in their outlook calendars. By simply clicking a button on the site the site user will be able to add your event, its date and timing with some description to his outlook express calendar. These events will be created for the CMS; the user fills in the necessary details, date and timing of the event that he wants to add.
- Menu Management:
Menus are an integral and crucial part of site navigation. Hence the CMS has an auto-menu generation feature. The user only needs to specify the menu titles and link them to pages or forms. The rest is managed by the CMS. The user can select from the option of vertical and horizontal menu. The menu items can be created, edited, deleted and rearranged using simple steps. - Banner/Panel Management:
This module enables the user to create and manipulate the banners. The banners can be grouped together to form panels. Newsletter Management:

An archive option is made available where all the sent newsletters are available for viewing.
Form Builder:

All the settings like introductory messages, customized field creation, confirmation notifications etc. are handled through this module. In customized field creation users can create pre-defined fields that are most commonly used in the organization. This creates a high amount of reusability doe the fields. The forms update the database in real time. They can have pre-defined activation and deactivation dates as well as times. The form based e-mails are also managed separately through form notification management.
- Plug-ins:Additional functionality is made available through plug-ins which help the CMS fine tune to the needs of the organization.
- Press Releases
This feature allows the users to create and publish press releases of the company on the site. The press releases can belong to multiple categories. They can be arranged in various formats based on user selection.
- News
This feature is similar to the press releases feature where the user can create news that can be viewed across various pages on the site based on user selection.
- Poll/Survey
Using this option a user can add, edit and delete polls and poll options. The poll options can vary in number based on user selection. The poll results are displayed in the form of bar graphs and are stored in CMS database for future reference. Surveys can be included in pages. Each page can contain different Survey.
- Marquee
Users can add, edit and delete marquees to highlight messages on the site. Marquees can be included into pages. Each page can contain different Marquee.
- Marketing:
Marketing module has been added to help the marketing department to make full use of the CMS features. The marketing users can view detailed site related statistics and affiliate information like incoming and outgoing clicks.
