The day to day work of client requires fetching data are from this main system and re entering get into systems to propagate the information to their contractors

Our solution

Till a very long time this whole process was done manually where employees the client premises would open bore the applications and enter the date or manually from a system to the other. This was a highly redundant process that often caused data entry errors and cost the client in terms of resources

Isummation Technologies suggested and implemented web services based interactions between the client software and the main application so that data can be interchanged automatically without much Manual intervention. After a fixed period of time web services initiated at our end call for data from the main application and enter it into our systems. Our services in turn initiate a web services at the other end which affected data and transmit it to our systems.

The web services are used to transfer files, invoices, PDF documents, image files etc. Between board the software applications. This streamlining has reduced the number of resources required in the entire process and increase the system efficiency by close to 60 per cent. The web services use XML to transmit data and call the corresponding peer application.
