Palme is an annual exhibition event organized by IIR Dubai that features everything that is event related. Event 360 is the ideal place to find new and original ideas to put on an event of any scale and type, and is the only showcase for everything that is event related.
Our CMS solution has been used for the creation and management of the Palme online website. The solution has been customized to cater to the special needs of the client. In addition to the major features like template based content creation, custom form creation facilities, secure page creation, menu management etc. some extra features have been added.
The event has three sub events associated with it. The CMS creates three page formats for each of these sub events. Only the relevant header, footer and menus are displayed for each event. Since a lot of the content on the pages is shared, content copy and page copy features are made available.
The user registration forms are created and managed entirely from the backend. For each event the registration confirmation number will follow a different format. A main exhibitor list has been used and for each event each exhibitor list is filtered on the basis of the sub event.
The pages and content is search engine optimized. Plug-ins like News, banners etc have been provided. Rotating banners have been provided for event partner exposure. The user clicks on these banners are recorded and stored in the admin statistics.
