The client is 's largest independent mortgage broker with offices all over the country. Because of their quality service and the professional advice of competent team of mortgage consultants the company has outgrown all competition and emerged a winner.

Business Requirements

Like any other mortgage company, the revenues depend highly customer campaigns. In order to make their e-mail campaigns more effective and efficient they were looking to build a web application exclusively for campaign management. They wanted different log-ins for the application depending on their profile in the business process. They also wanted different privileges for the various users logging into the application. The application was to enable creation of various e-mail templates and newsletters.

Solution

iSummation helped the client by designing an application to cater to the campaigning needs. The web application is a package that helps the client design e-mail campaigns/ newsletter campaigns, with different privileges for different set of users. The Initial login to the application has three levels: Admin, sub- admin and broker. The admin has the privilege of creating sub-admins and brokers while the sub-admin can create several brokers. The broker can only login to the application and create newsletters.

Once logged into the application, the user can add subscriber manually, Import/export them and create subscriber categories. An option is provided for management of blocked e-mails. The users of the application can create customized mail templates and save them for later use or use by others. These templates are modifiable in case changes are required. Similarly, campaigns can be created and saved for viewing later. The campaigns can also be copied and saved on a different place.

The campaigns are created by a rich word processing web application that enables the users to select from a variety of tools for the font, colors, graphics, embedding html, mathematical functions etc. A detailed reporting section enables the application viewer to monitor statistics. Several reports can be generated to show the number of subscribers, by category, by campaigns etc.
