The client is a nationwide professional Executive Search Firm that helps organizations to recruit the best executive talent in the market. They provide employers with the most qualified candidates for difficult-to-fill positions.

Business Requirements

The client wanted a web portal application that would bring the employees and employers in contact through their website. The site would earn revenue through paid registration and through commissions. They needed a portal that would have advanced registration options as well as search options so that both job seekers and employees can conveniently fulfill their requirements. Other facilities like resume builder and resume upload, advanced search options were also needed.

Solution

iSummation Technologies developed a web based portal application for the clients where employees and employment seekers can find the right resource and jobs respectively. We provided several features that would help make the job seeking and searching features more advanced and user friendly. At the same time we focused on revenue generation processes.

A free resume builder facility is provided on the site that helps job seekers construct resumes. Each resume is assigned a unique ID. These resumes can be viewed by potential employers. They can then request for the contact information about the prospective employee by placing order by resume ID. An option is also provided to create banners for jobs. The client can generate revenue through these ads.

All jobs are organized in job categories. Job seekers can browse through all the categories. An alphabetic search option is provided. Space is provided on the home page for featured jobs. Job listings can be sorted by date and expire after 60 days. A feature is also provided for referring a friend and sending the job across as an email message

A comprehensive backend is provided from where the admin can manage the entire job posting and add/modify job categories. Content manager is provided for managing dynamic content. Banner management is also done through the backend. All payment tracking and order tracking is done.
