The site covers the prime neighborhoods of Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, and Long Island . A complete inventory of apartments updated in real time 24hrs, seven days a week. The property is sorted on the basis of its type such as Lofts, Alcove, Studios, One, Two, Three, Four Bedrooms etc.

The site also provides a database of city maps to help people identify the most suitable neighborhoods. The maps are accompanied by brief introduction to the area and a link to the listings in that area.

The site has two separate log-ins: One for the members of the site and another for landlords, real estate agents etc. The real estate agents etc. can post various properties on the site by filling in simple user-friendly forms.

The site users can search the site using various search criteria like Rents, neighborhood, apartment size etc. The site has a secure registration feature and all payments are done through secure real time credit card transactions. The site security is ensured through SSL integration.
