A transparent communication channel should be established between the key players to keep tabs on the progress status and task accomplishments. Timelines and milestones should be defined in the project plans so that the progress measurement is quantified. Individual responsibilities and user roles will be clearly defined for answerability.
3. Process Overview
During this stage, the implementation team reviews all the manual processes that must be automated with the ERP solution. Guidelines pertaining to these processes are noted and developed into Standard Operating Procedures. These SOPs are constantly updated for all the alterations based on system needs. The team is constantly involved in educating the employees on the new processes and reviews feedback for potential enhancements.
