Planning Process

Upon the compilation of the ‘Requirements Specification Document’ we will set the stage for planning of the application. The planning phase is synchronized effort to find all the potential roadblocks and draft a robust plan to tackle each. This phase usually involves a lot of brainstorming within our team as well as with our client.

Process

• Defining the scope and boundaries of development and database work
• Clarity of objective to the entire team
• Project timelines and milestones
• Technology related decisions
• Assignment of work

This phase will be intrinsic to iSummation Technologies. Any recommendations/ suggestions will be readily incorporated for more efficient planning.

Output

A ‘Project Plan’ document that lists the project scope, boundaries, timelines and milestones. This document will be provided to the client and upon sign-off the ensuing work  will start
