Job Name: Project Leader/ Team Leader/ Technical Leader [.Net Technologies]

Job Description:

• The successful candidate must be prepared to work with a variety of clients in a team atmosphere, while understanding the clients goals, objectives and expectations.
• You would be responsible for leading a team of 8-10 developers to deliver the requirements agreed with the Directors.
• Maintain quality standards while performing due diligence with every project.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple activities of varying complexity while under time constraints.
• Clear and decisive understanding of project cycles.
• Strong understanding of web-based design and production processes.
• Results driven, self motivated and able to meet tight deadlines while working under pressure.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience of managing a team of developers and delivering projects on time and to brief.
• Firsthand understanding of mainstream internet and intranet technologies and systems.
• Expert knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, VB, VB.NET, ADO.NET and the deployment of internet and intranet based solutions.
• Working knowledge of Web/Internet/Intranet based software solutions and applicable platforms.
• Working knowledge of software/testing cycles.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent multi-tasking, scheduling, and problem-solving abilities.
• 4 to 5 years related work experience mandatory.
